State Peer-to-Peer Learning Session: Innovative Post-Crisis Follow-Up Procedures

On Tuesday, June 9, from 3–4:30 p.m. ET, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) will host an interactive state peer-to-peer learning session focused on advancing evidence-based and promising practices for community behavioral health crisis services.
The session will feature presentations from Illinois, Mississippi, and Utah. Brian Sims, M.D., Senior Medical Advisor at the National Association of State Mental Health Program Directors, will provide an overview of the role of follow-up care within the crisis services continuum.
This session is part of a quarterly State-to-State Learning Series organized by NRI and NASMHPD under the SAMHSA State Technical Assistance project. Register now.
