2023 NRI Profiles – Behavioral Health Crisis Services Continuum Data Visualization
Thursday, May 1, 2025
NRI, in collaboration with a state advisory group, has created data visualizations to support understanding of State supported mental health service delivery. These visualizations use information from State Profiles and other publicly available data, and are housed on NRI’s Restricted Access Website.
The 2023 Crisis Continuum Visualizations are included in this resource but are exclusively available to State Mental Health Authority (SMHA) and NASMHPD staff. These visualizations identify:
- The number of 988 and other Crisis Contact Centers, including information about the number of programs, number of clients served, funding, and workforce
- The number and state definitions of Mobile Crisis Services, including information about the number of programs, number of clients served, funding, workforce, and statewide 24/7 availability, and how MCT services are dispatched
- The number of Crisis Stabilization Centers, including information about the number of programs, number of clients served, funding, workforce, and statewide 24/7 availability
The State Profiles Restricted Access site is available to State Mental Health Agency Staff. Please contact Ted.lutterman@nri-inc.org if you have any questions.
